Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop…or 2 of Norco Cape Byron Ultimate Vanilla
- Freshly brewed espresso
- ½ Shot Brookie’s Mac Liqueur
Method:
Scoop the ice cream into a heatproof serving glass. Pour over the espresso and liqueur and serve immediately.
Tip: While we love the roasted macadamia and wattleseed flavours in Brookie’s Mac, an affogato can be personalised with your favourite liqueur.
